(m)eat is an ongoing project that utilizes the production and service of designed bologna as a basis for interaction. This images shows the first performance of this project which occurred at MANA Contemporary in Chicago, IL on February 14, 2014 with Jeannine Shinoda serving open faced sandwiches to the public.
