Dairy State by Megan Marsh-McGlone, a relational work performed as part of the Madison Performance Philosophy Symposium Mad Theory on April 12, 2014. Megan pumped breast milk as she made milkshakes out of cow milk and ice cream from a local dairy farm, and served the milkshakes to symposium attendees.
