These plywood shoes exist at an intersection of dream and reality. They may be art, functional footwear, or just a sketch on the way to something else. They react to the current path of contemporary culture, while possibly suggesting alternative routes. Making them filled me with joy at points. In these ways, they may converse in this semester's discussions, intersections, and challenges. Art may imitate life too.
