My work considers the theory of divisionism through intricate, point and pattern-filled paintings influenced by traditional Indian, Persian and Egyptian art with a twist of op art representing coming of age stories. This painting “Who is she?” drives from the inspiration of the strong memory of my high school days when I fell in love with someone, for the very first time. It shows various attempts by a boy to impress his crush.
