Fall 2020

Course #908

Mackenzie Madison Glazewski

This painting was created on a primed single-use mask using oil paint. The purpose of this painting is to address the damage of single-use masks and their transcendence into the “out of sight, out of mind” mentality decimating our environment. Single-use masks maintain a 450-year shelf-life and will be present in our environment for years to come if we do not readdress our mismanagement of the resource.
