This image features me stirring a simmering pan full of potatoes, onions, celery, carrots, and tomatoes. The dish being made is called "pasta e patate," or "pasta with potatoes." While to an American the dish may seem too redundant or heavy, it is a common dish in Campania. This shows some of the work and the setting our class worked in every week to prepare dishes from around the world.
