Fresh Bread Rolls For Farmers at the Farmers’ Market
Through this class we were taught skills that increased our cooking abilities and were given connections around the Madison area where we could use this knowledge to better the community. For this project, I went with group of students from the class to help cook for farmers at the farmers market. We made fresh bread rolls and butternut squash soup that all farmers were given for free at the conclusion of the market which was a really cool experience because we were able to give food to the people who usually provide us with food.
