‘Santo Quetzal’ is a screenprint of the ancient bird that has been worshiped by the Aztecs and referenced as the god Quetzalcoatl the feathered serpent. This image is to reference the merge of two cultures from Europeans and Aztecs as well as the effects of environmental costs that endanger native animals in Mexico.
